Short-Media is proud to present a flash movie created by one of our members, Thrax
The reason for this endeavour? The Folding@Home distributed computer effort. Using spare CPU cycles to crunch mathamatical data used in research into some of the most deadly diseases and conditions in our modern world.
I was listening to this song one evening (1:30 AM EST…) and “Forever young..” kept going through my head even after the song was done. And I thought to myself “That’s a particularly good theme for F@H. Let’s do a video.”
Having given myself a crash course in SWiSH about 14 months ago, I downloaded the newest version and gave it ago.
Needless to say, riding on the crest of innovation, I had completed this at about 7:30 AM and then collapsed in my bed. I gave a sneak peak to Shorty before I collapsed, now it’s time to promote the cause that folding@home is.
