Nvidia today has released a new set of nForce drivers for Windows 2000 and XP.

Windows XP Driver Versions:
-Audio driver 4.31 (WHQL)
-Audio utilities 4.31
-Ethernet driver 4.16 (WHQL)
-GART driver 3.77 (WHQL)
-Memory controller driver 3.38 (WHQL)
-SMBus driver 4.04 (WHQL)
-Installer 4.38
-IDE NVIDIA driver 4.12

    For those who are interested, there is an updated set for Windows 98 and ME also.

    There's a new option on the audio icon in the taskbar... "Night Mode". I tried looking around nVidia's site and the driver readme but couldn't find anything about it.. hmm.

    I imagine it is just a normalisation function that boosts quiet sounds and caps loud ones, allowing a more consistent audio output, ideal at 'night' when low volume is necessary without the extreme fluctuations in audio you typically get when say, you're watching a movie. WMP9 has a similar option called 'quiet mode'.
