pdfPDF company NitroPDF has released a fantastic service that converts the contents of your browser’s current page into a PDF. The service simply requires that you drag their bookmarklet into your browser’s bookmark menu. Any time you want to convert the current page to PDF, just click the bookmark to spawn a new tab/window which will do the dirty work.

Their PDFDownload page carries an informative video and all the details about how it works. The rendering isn’t amazing, but it’s perfectly functional for users looking to get a grab of the page without all the hassle of seaming screenshots together.

  1. Neat, but am I missing something or wouldn't printing the website to a pdf printer do the same thing?

  2. I've not looked at their page, but I suppose it'd be nice to have PDFing ability if you're not on your own computer (computer lab, library).
