Today Icrontic is proud to announce the grand relaunch of our utility designed to assist users in overclocking CPUs based on Intel’s Nehalem family of architectures.

Dubbed the Nehalem Overclocking Calculator, our utility enables users to plug in experimental frequencies and multipliers to see the impact on a Core i5/i7 system. Not only does the NOC come with a series of checks and thresholds to warn you of unrealistic selections, we also made it easy to jump back to the default settings just by selecting your chip from the list.

You should check out beta v0.6 of the Nehalem Overclocking Calculator right here.

Special thanks to Icrontic members Eli Robbins and Seth Kwitko, both of whom put many hours into all the versions and incarnations of this fantastic utility.
