This time it’s Toshiba that’s feeling the burn, as more than 10,000 batteries produced in December of 2005 have been linked to laptop fires. While only 5,100 batteries officially fall under the December ‘05 lot number, Toshiba is recalling the full 10,000 just to make sure there are no additional problems.
It’s a real shame that this is still a problem.
