Time Warner to offer downloadable HBO, chargable bandwidth

Dan (the_technocrat) Time Warner, the same company that has announced plans to charge overage fees to "heavy users", has just announced that it will now be offering free streaming HBO content. So let's get this straight. Free streaming HBO, but overage fees for bandwidth usages from the same company. Kthx. The alternative here is if they choose not to charge overages for their own content, a blatant slam to Network Neutrality, which Comcast currently is learning about from the Justice Dept.
